January 12th was Josh's 16th birthday. We gave him the option to go out to eat wherever he wanted and instead he chose his mom's Cheeseburger Pie (for those who are interested and know my culinary skill level....the recipe is on the Bisquik box). We did have cake and ice cream with the Hansen's and then again with the Virchow's. Josh had been saving his money and asked if he could put that, plus a little money from mom and dad, towards a PSP. He also wanted sheet music for the violin and piano.

Alyssa and I both agree: Josh is a younger version of his dad! Whoa...the similarities are really cool! Happy 16th, Josh! I think it's cool you wanted Cheeseburger Pie for dinner. That makes a mom feel extra special!
